Goshan Technosoft is a partnership firm registered with the certificate number: IN-KA08872100834172T ("Play Along", "we", "us" or "our"), recognize the value of the Personal Information (defined below) of its users ("User", "you", "your"). Play Along offers tournaments, contests and games including fantasy sports games and other esports games and other online and mobile services (collectively, "Services"). This privacy policy ("Policy") governs the collection and processing of the information that our Users share with us while using our app, mobile application(s) and/or any other portals through which we provide our Services (collectively, "Portal").
This Policy explains what information we collect about you while you access and use the app; why we collect this information; how we use your information; how we protect and share your information; the choices we offer you, including your ability to access and update your information and make certain choices about how your information is used.
With a view to offer an enriching and holistic internet experience to its Users, Play Along offers a vast repository of Services. You may be required to register on the app to receive some of our Services.
Before you submit any information to the app, please read this Policy carefully to understand our privacy practices and how we will treat your Personal Information. By accessing and/or using any part of the Portal, submitting information to us, or signing up for any promotions or Services offered by us, you agree and consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, transfer and maintenance of your Personal Information for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Please note that certain features of the Portal and the Services we offer require the provision of your Personal Information. While you have the option not to provide us with certain information or withdraw consent to collect certain information, kindly note that in such an event you may not be able to take full advantage of the entire scope of features and Services offered to you and we reserve the right not to provide you with our Services.
If you are under the age of Eighteen (18) years, you cannot access our App.
Goshan Technosoft built the Play Along app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Goshan Technosoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Play Along unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, phone number, pan card. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, We will keep Your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless We believe in good faith that disclosure of Your Personal Information or any other information We collect about You is necessary for Permitted Use or to:
Comply with a court order or other legal process;
Protect the rights, property or safety of Play Along or another party;
Enforce the Agreement, including Terms; or
Respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
You have a right to correct any errors in Your Personal Information available with Us. You may request Us in writing that We cease to use Your Personal Information.
10. Eligibility
Any browsing, registering, downloading, using or accessing by any Person of any part of the Platform or utilisation of any of the services offered by Play Along will be deemed to constitute a legal contract between the User and Play Along.
A User may use the Platform if (a) it is a natural Person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the country of which User is a citizen, in which User is a resident or from where User uses the Platform; or (b) it is a juristic Person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation or generally accepted industry practices and guidelines applicable in the country where User is registered, where User maintains its principal office or from where User uses the Platform
Any User who is “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. is not eligible to enter into this Agreement with Play Along.
The Platform should not be used, installed, or played by any Person under the age of 18 years.
No Person, whether and Play Along employee or not, who is involved in the development of Fantasy Esports or/and algorithms on the Platform can participate in any Prediction on the Platform, where such participation could alter, modify or unduly influence his/her performance on the Predictions, without express written permission of Play Along and subject to such terms and conditions as Play Along may seek to impose on such Person.
The Prediction and the services available on the Platform are open only to Persons currently residing in India. Persons residing in the state of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, (“Restricted States”) There are various states in India wherein the laws related to the game of skills are unclear.
The game of skills such as the online fantasy sports gaming are considered to be legal all over India. expect certain states such as Sikkim, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh. In this regard, for the app offering online fantasy Esports, it remains unclear whether to offer the services for free or not. The Indian states with no clearance regarding the offering of pay-to-play contests include Sikkim, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh.
In this context, Play Along does not permit the users identified as the residents of Sikkim, Odisha, Telangana, Assam, Nagaland and Andhra Pradesh to participate in the pay-to-play contest(s) organised by Play Along.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

11. Payment Terms
In regard of any transactions entered into the Play Along Application, which includes making a payment to take part in the paid versions of fixture(s), Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:
The payment of pre-designated amount Users make to participate in the fixture(s) is inclusive of the pre-designated platform fee for access to the Play Along Services charged by Play Along and pre-determined participant's contribution towards prize money pool.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all amounts collected from the User are held in a separate non-interest earning bank Accounts. The said accounts are operated by a third party appointed by Play Along. From these bank accounts, the pay-outs can be made to (a) Users (towards their withdrawals), (b) Play Along (towards its Platform Fees) and to (c) Government (towards TDS on Winnings Amount). Play Along receives only its share of the platform Fees through the said Goshan Technosoft Agent.
The Play Along reserves the right to charge a Platform Fee, which would be specified and notified by Play Along on the Contest page, being created on Play Along App, prior to a User's joining of such Contest. The Platform Fee (inclusive of applicable tax thereon) will be debited from the User's account balance and Play Along shall issue an invoice for such debit to the User.
User's winning amount will be credited to their source account.
12. Winners
12.1. Make Your Team -
Winners will be decided on the basis of the team they choose in a designated match of the contest(s). The User(s) making their own team with the highest aggregate score in a particular match shall be declared winner(s).In Certain specified situations, where there are more than 1 user who has the same points, winner would be announced based on the time they predict (first prediction will be the winner). Results will be announced on the Your Recent Matches Page, and the select on the match you want to know your position in the overall points structure, your points would high lightened in top.
12.2. Predict on Team -
Winner will be decided on the basis of the team they select and provide exact/nearest finish points and position points with the highest aggregate score in a particular match shall be declared winner(s). In Certain specified situations, where there are more than 1 user who has the same points, winner would be announced based on the time they predict (first prediction will be the winner). Results will be announced on the Your Recent Matches Page, and the select on the match you want to know your position in the overall points structure, your points would high lightened in top.
Play Along shall not be liable to pay any prize if it is discovered that the Winner(s) have not abided by these Terms and Conditions, and other rules and regulations in relation to the use of the Play Along, Contest, "Fantasy Rules", etc.
Winner shall either be contacted or notified by Play Along or third party conducting the contest provided during the time of registration.
The verification process and the documents required for the collection of prizes shall be detailed to the Winners at this stage. As a general practice, winners will be required to provide following documents:
Photocopy of the User's PAN card;
Photocopy of a government-issued residence proof;
User's bank account details and proof of the same.
Play Along will not credit the Winning price, unless the above-mentioned documents are received & verified. The User play the part and authorize that the documents provided in the course of the verification process are true copies of the original documents to which they relate. Participants are required to provide proper and complete details at the time of registration.
Play Along will not be responsible for any errors, during the addition or deduction including those of the Participants due to which the results may not be communicated to the Winner.
In the event that a Participant has been declared a Winner on the above-mentioned page but has not received any communication from Play Along, such Participant may contact Play Along through email within the time specified.
Winners whose accounts are successfully verified after providing the documents specified by Play Along will have their Winging price distributed to their registered bank account.
Play Along would not entertain any requests for extension of time for submission of documents. Play Along shall scrutinize all documents submitted and may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Winner from withdrawing his accumulated winnings (or any part thereof) on the following matches:
Decision by Play Along that any document or details provided by the User is incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
Participant does not fulfil the Eligibility Criteria specified above; or any other match.
All prizes shall be subject to deduction of tax ("TDS") as per the Income Tax Act 1961. As of April 1, 2018, the TDS rate prescribed by the Government of India with respect to any prize money amount that is in excess of Rs. 10,000/- is 31.2% of the total prize money amount. In case of any revisions by the Government of India to the aforementioned rate in the future, TDS will be deducted by Play Along in accordance with the then current prescribed TDS rate. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. The Winners shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money.
The decision of Play Along regarding to the rewarding of prizes shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
If it is found that a Participant playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) is under the age of eighteen (18), Play Along will be entitled, at its sole and absolute choice to disqualify such Participants and forfeit his/her prize. Play Along may, at its sole and absolute choice, suspend or terminate such Participant's account.
To the extent permitted by law, Play Along makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prizes and shall not be liable in respect of the same.
13. Withdrawal
Withdrawal of winning amount Play Along shall affect an online transfer to the User's bank account on record with Play Along within a commercially reasonable period of time. Play Along shall not charge any processing fee for the online transfer to the User's bank account on record with Play Along. Users are requested to note that they will be required to provide valid photo identification and address proof documents for proof of identity and address in order for Play Along to process the withdrawal request. The name mentioned on the User's identification document should correspond with the name provided by the User at the time of registration on Play Along. In the event that no bank account has been registered by the User against such User's account with Play along, or the User has not verified his/her User account with Play Along, Play Along shall provide such User with a notification to the User's email address/phone number as on record with Play Along, and in case the User fails to update a bank account with his/her User Account and/or to verify his/her User Account, Play Along shall be entitled to forfeit any amounts subject to transfer on the Auto Transfer Date. Failure to provide Play Along with a valid bank account or valid identification documents (to Play Along's satisfaction) may result in the forfeiture of any amounts subject to transfer in accordance with this clause.
Transaction will be processed only when a User agrees to the terms on the Play Along app to make payment for that transaction using their bank account.
The User acknowledges that subject to time taken for bank reconciliations and such other external dependencies that Play Along has on third parties, any transactions on Play Along Platform may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Any amount paid or transferred into the User's 'Winnings Account may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the User's bank account. Users agree not to raise any complaint or claim against Play Along in respect of any delay, including any lost opportunity to join any Contest or match due to delay in crediting of transaction amount into any of the User's accounts A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. Play Along may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of the transaction, Users may also be required to take note of certain terms and conditions.
Play Along may, at its sole and absolute choice, vary or modify the prizes being offered to winners. Participants shall not raise any claim against Play Along or question its right to modify such prizes being offered, prior to closure of the Contest.
Play Along will not bear any responsibility for the transportation/distribution or packaging of prizes to the respective winners. Play Along shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to any prizes at the time of such transportation/distribution (if any).
The Winners shall bear the shipping, courier or any other delivery cost in respect of the prizes (if any).
The Winners shall bear all transaction charges levied for delivery of cash prizes (if any).
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or kind. No cash claims can be made in lieu of prizes in kind.
14. Publicity
Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Play Along, and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any further permissions or consents and / or additional compensation whatsoever. The Winners further undertake that they will be available for promotional purposes as planned and desired by Play Along without any charge. The exact dates remain the sole choice of Play Along. Promotional activities may include but not be limited to press events, internal meetings and ceremonies/functions.
